What we collect and why

• Enquiries and bookings: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and any requests you send us, to answer you and manage your stay (contract).
• Guest registration: ID details required by Cypriot law for accommodation guests (legal obligation).
• Website use: basic technical data (IP address, browser) processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site (legitimate interest). Analytics only if you accept them (consent).

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the business: our website host (Cloudflare), email provider, booking platforms you choose to book through (Airbnb, Booking.com), and authorities where the law requires. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to [12] months. Booking and accounting records: as long as Cypriot tax and tourism law requires. Analytics data: [14] months.
